Take ownership Ola. My sister had a ride booked from sector 5, for 11PM tonight 3 hours in advance. The ride was assigned to a driver (CRN[protected], who refused to do the pickup, because he was at Baguihati 30 minutes before the assigned time. The driver outright refused to arrive, even after knowing it was a lady's pickup, and disconnected rudely. The ride was transferred to another driver (CRN[protected], who directly cancelled the ride.
Now here's the worst of it. When we called the support center, an agent named Albert took the call. It all went fine till I said that we needed a ride urgently as this was critical for a woman's security. Out of nowhere, the agent started experiencing "line issues" and said he couldn't even hear me. He was clearly audible, and I was in network area. He gave the closing script 5 times, while I kept shouting, and hung up.
The next call was taken to a supervisor Akbar, who said that the last agent had left for the day. Really? Really Ola?
Is this your level of maturity and responsibility? Agents freely disconnect calls on bogus grounds and drivers are misbhaved and irresponsible.
My grievance is not just against the drivers, but the agents, none of whom show any amount of care for women's security and the responsibility of their profiles.
Had anything gone wrong tonight, none of Ola's escalations and empathy could have made things right.
