I have an overdue ola money postpaid of Rs. 11221.i have been charged late fees of 560 within days time I have told them I will pay it as soon as I can also enquired if i can pay in emi since its month end going on still i am getting continuously calls since morning to evening during my office hours even Ola money has to understand the customer issue and also have been getting messages on WhatsApp which is leading to mental stress and harassment...

The Ride amount was shown to be 688/- as per the driver. He requested me to pay the amount directly to him after the ride, and the entire amount was paid to him by paytm. The screenshot is attached.

I selected cash payment option and paid the driver directly via cash and never used or even selected Ola money postpaid option to make payment but they did this twice in the gap of 2 months without any prior notice or permission. I have taken a ola ride 0n 1 st april from IGI Airport delgi to Gurugram.

I paid the driver by cash.
why I have again ask to make payment when trying to book another ride...

I have not opted for the post paid service of OLA. Even though the bill has been generated and asked me to pay....

I do not see the clear dues button when I go to payments- ola money. Instead I see a link regarding late fee structure. Due to this I am unable to clear my dues. I do not see any other way to make the payment. I have reached out to ola customer support but have recy no help from there. This is getting irritating as I have been trying to get this resolved since a week.

I am complaining about old money postpaid I have already paid and cleared all dues and now why Continuously I am getting calls from ola calls. This is not acceptable and worst service.
