[Resolved] Olx India — Location Not available | |||||
Recently, Olx has been updated and found my project location is NOT available in your location drop down menu. I have sent a mail to olx support team more than 10 days before. Finally, I got a reply which is not satisfied at all. First of all, I dont want to mention my exact location in Palakkad. But you made it compulsory. I have projects in 4 Locations in Palakkad which I mentioned below. One among them is Chittur. In that case, I found Chittur as separate city in Kerala. But I wanted to post it under Palakkad, Chittur location.. Also, I want you to add few places under Palakkad as follows 1. Vandithavalam 2. Kodumba 3.Ottapalam 4. Chittur especially Please do the needfull at the earliest and I am waiting for an immediate solution pls. Note: I have been complaining about this location mismatch problem more than 10 days. Your support team asked to post in some other location in Palakkad. So, Many of the calls getting for wrong location and made olx leads as poor quality Was this information helpful? | |||||

While searching for properties in our neighborhood, the current location is wrongly seen as Vaniyamkulam, Palakkad. Actually we are staying at Pathamuttom, kottayam. How to get OLX detect the correct location that we are presently staying. Should I adjust phone settings or laptop settings? Please give the correct procedure rather than giving a vague reply such as "The new OLX app automatically picks up your current location as long as you have enabled location in your phone's settings. Otherwise, you can manually search for a location." I do not want to search manually for the location.
