I am an individual had listed my adv to sell my property, i had bought one month subscription to highlight my adv which was expired. I thought refreshing the content may put my adv in top but then i learned that i had crossed the limit of free ad listing hence i cannot edit. So i thought let me buy one highlight pack and then edit the content to relist my adv with highlighted. So i bought subscription for one of the existing ad for rs. 1199/- i was just setting up the adv, during that process it went for re-activation and due to your complicated process i happen to remove the ad by mistake. After which i went back and saw the in my ads it wasn't listed. And the highlight pack which i bought was no longer available. When i reported this incident to olx they straight forward denied giving a reason that i removed the adv so i am not liable to get refund or credit to highlight another adv. Practically they have took my money and in returned i got nothing. And for past one week i am following up with them on the same.

This is something very unfair practice, such things can happen to many of them. No one would purposely buy the subscription and delete it immediately.

So this way olx has robbed me of 1199/- and i am losing faith from online transactions.

Thanks for the response, the response doesn't make any sense. I feel you people do not understand or just pretending not to.. Your support team is pointing me to http://help.olx.in/hc/en-us/sections/[protected]About-Free-Limits, nowhere in this FAQ it is mentioned that if I buy a highlight package and delete it before its going online you will not refund the money. I know no one wants to refund the money, so at least you should allow me to highlight another ad. Or modify your FAQs stating that once you pay the money for whatever is the reason it will not be refunded or adjusted at any circumstances.

OLX should be flexible to the consumers, then only we will come back and use your services otherwise there are many other options. After one such experience no one will turn back to buy your product.
