Mahesh Patel is a big cheat, my money stuck since 10 yrs. Do not invest in Om Sai Group. He has taken money with proper documents of it. I have filed case against him. Sec, 138 as well.

Avoid to buy from OM SAI GROUP they are big cheaters and Fraud builders they will promise u alot n take your booking amount and will use somewhere your money and u will be hang from them save your money and time we are suffering alot from last 3 years
True, avoid buying. If you are the one who is struggling to get booking amount then please lodge a complaint. MCHI and local bodies should restrict such developers. They have targeted economic class, who may not fight against them.
He was cheating more than 500 people and DHFL bank also
