Om Sai Honda, Mahim — Delay in delivering Honda Activa

We have booked Honda Activa DLX - Grey at your Om Sai Motors Pvt. Ltd., Mahim dt. 25-Dec-2014. I regret to inform you that till date we have not received the vehicle yet which the dealer had promised to get in a week's time !!I I had to followup with the dealer and every time I make a call they have some new excuses. Now I have been told to talk to head office and even there we are getting similar lame excuses.It has been 2 months now since we are slogging to get the Activa. Need help. Thanks, Amit.
