Dear Sir I have purchased my flat at Omaxe Plam Greens, Greater Noida and documents got transfered in my account and now in Feb 2015 when I have requested for registry documents they were not issuing the registry letter. But when put force they came out with the problem of covered parking not available and have confirmed me to give open parking and refund 1 lacs. My objection is as under : 1. If they have taken booking and advance 7-8 years back how can they refuse to give covered car parking. 2. Even if I am forced to accept open parking they should refund 1.5 lacs as open car parkign was available at 50000/- till last six months. 3. They have taken 100% money 7-8 years back and they should also pay interest for the last 7-8 years on the refund amount. They were not giving any response on phone so I have started communication on mail with their customer care. Copy of mail trail attached for your reference.
