I got offer for possession in the month of feb 15 last year wherein I was told that registry will happen in a month of two. Points I want to highlight are. 1) While I was forced to take possession though construction was complete. I have the evidence for same. 2) When I asked to pay the due later once construction, I was told that I will have to pay fine if I am delaying. 3) The initial offer of possession letter that I got had clause that I will get 12% returns for next one year, but it was denied at the Lucknow office stating it was only for down payment client and my payment plan was construction linked. 4) I kept following it up with local representative at site for my shop's registry and he kept on saying that it will happen soon. Now I know why this 12% of returns were mentioned as company was aware that building will get ready after 1 year only. I wanted to have a rented out with bank, and without registry it was not possible. Now it is a loss for me and I want satisfactory answer/compensation for same.
