Without Approval OMAXE Launched Project at Residence II Lucknow, Withdrawn Project, not giving Interest of two years of 4 Lacs Even saying they will deduct money from which i was paid for booking . OMAXE RESIENCY II Lucknow property detail - ORL/P/4/65, CUSTOMER CODE- ORL/2041, RECEIPT ID - 887724, RECEIPT DATE 3 APRIL 2013, INVOICE NUMBER[protected] WITH THE ABOVE GIVEN DETAILS I want to register my complaint against OR-II-LKO, 3 April 2013, I paid 4 Lac rupees against to book a Flat with OR-II-LKO, Now I am near to complete two years to paid that amount, No News of OR-II-LKO, When I n personally went OMAXE office they are saying that this project has been delayed because of few approval, they are convincing me to shift my money on another project, I refused to do that, I requested them to return my money so they refused to do that in first discussion, when i was pressurized them to do they are saying they will deduct 10% of my booking amount . Now fault from the builder side they stared booking of flats without getting clearance from govt, they are using public money for their projects to fooling the Public & Collecting money, when we are asking our money they are saying they will deduct the 10% instead of giving bank interest for two years, Need the serious help from NCH, I am based out of country, These people are not listening at all.
