On Dot Couriers — consignment delivery status not known

documents vde consignment no.[protected]. dt 21.04.15 was sent to NSE, Mumbai but on checking the status on line the status is only till 23.04.15 mentioning consignment reaching ONDOT Mumbai and with remarks " forward to Sanjay" and nothing beyond this till today with no confirmation of consignment having delivered to NSE . The people both at booking end and at Ondot have not given any reply so far nor have given POD. Very strange and disgusting.
