On Dot Couriers — Delivering of product at wrong address and disappointment with the service

I (Monika Chaudhary) used on dot courier service to deliver my products to Meerut. However, i came to know that the product has been delivered at wrong address. The delivery man said that the address i mentioned on the packed parcel was wrong but it was not so. I contacted them so many time to sort out this problem and now they are saying that they have picked the product from that wrong address and will deliver the product by today evening. Still there is no information about the product as well the delivery man is not answering my call. Also, the concerned authority of your on dot company (Meerut, Contact no. - [protected] and [protected]) is not answering the call and their phone are switched off. I tried their number so many times. I am highly disappointed with the service of your company and will not recommend anyone to use it. This is your responsibility to look into the matter. Kindly redress the matter and contact the concerned branch to sort this problem and deliver the product the right address as soon as possible and please ask the concerned person to answer or attend my call.
