On Dot Couriers — packet dont deliver after till 4 days

Hello, this is my AWB no[protected]. it was booked on 02-may-2015 but still not delivered. please think about your services. as per your tracking showing this packet is in our zone at crossing republic, Ghaziabad but your franchise don't bother to distribute this packet even I called many times that please give me proper information so that I can collect from your office. but he said will check and inform you from last 3 days. as per your tracking showing wrong mobile GHAZIABAD [ U.P]-[protected]. the correct mobile [protected], [protected]. people are sitting here illiterate . saying come here and check if your packet and take it ownself. because we don't have any delivery boy. even I am trying to call your centralised customer care but no one is picking any phone. now requesting to please escalate this matter and improve your services.
