Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services the courier company is providing to their customers.I had booked a courier no[protected] from Pitampura (Delhi) on 31/07/2014 but it has not delivered as of now. And when i am tracking my consignment the website it shows it is at the Rachna Express Office, Andheri. Also, the lady sitting at the office did not respond properly. I request you to please take necessary action as that consignment attains a great importance for me and it needs to be delivered urgently.
