The question now is that how to get refund from ONDOT as they picked up a parcel whose destination was outside their service area. And still they have not delivered the courier back to me(Image attached).

The courier has not yet been delivered to me. Kindly inform the status of courier and refund policy as in this case Ondot is completely at fault.
