I had purchased insurance during that time they had told that just call us on our toll free number and we will take care of your issue. First I had called toll free number on 27 June 2015 under reference number 1192217 that they told me send the snap shot of mobile of damage, I had sent the snap shot 4 to 5 day's back but no reply.
