One Plus — Faulty chargers | |||
Sir, I had purchased a one plus two mobile on 18/8/2015. Within 4 months, the charger stopped working. I contacted the service centre in Bangalore and after one month of begging, they replaced my charger in January 2016. Now within 3 months of replacement, this charger stopped working again. The service centre in Delhi is refusing to give me a replacement since 6 months warranty is over. However that 6 months warranty shouldn't be applicable here as they replaced my charger with a faulty one. I had to travel 4 hours to go to the service cenntre which finally refused me. i bought a new usb cable and adapter worth rupees 1200 Sir i want some action against the company for pathetic service and handing out faulty chargers.
