Respected Sir, I Mr. Ronen Moses Gadkar. My contact no. [protected]. I am from mumbai. I am using One Stop Shop service since last four year. My BP Code is BP01057896. They can't give proper service. Every time customer care service in not proper and event they can't give commitment. I had paid 10, 000 for this service. Which is non-refundable. After two year they are asking for 20, 000 to pay which is refundable. They have proper told me that which is refundable. I attaching the e-receipt. Now a day i am closed my business. Due to heavy loss. I have call customer care. they have told me to mail. I have send mail. Then after try to contact customer care. They are say that OSS call you. Till now i can't get call. I Mr. Ronen Moses Gadkar, I have submitted this complaint but can get proper suggestion. Sir I need this money. OSS is big fraud. They can't give proper service. I discontinued my total business. Every day i am calling they cant give proper solution. Even they cant give me reply. I m big tenses. 20000 is big amount. They are told me. This amount will be refund then your business is close. Sir, i closed this business due to heavy losses. I m attaching e-receipt. Sir, Please do need full.
