[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Courtesy handset against damage | |||||
One assist commited me that they will provide a courtesy handset against any damage matter, before buy their product. But now when I launch a complaint against damage they they fully deny that this kind of facility are not available on their product. It's a kind of fraudulent selling I think. After many emails & complaint that my address is out of service area . Matter is that at first they denied for thair commitment, that they've not any facilities like courtesy handset. After many compliments by mail now they are agree to provide but they are unable to serve this area. If they couldn't serve at Siliguri then how can they sell this type of product. And at the time of sell they provide their product & sent every documents, damage handset pickup & delivery is possible but courtesy is not possible why? I want proper solution.
