[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Issue related to insurance claim | |||
Hi Team, I have logged an inusrance claim for my MI handset since I have purchased a extended insurance from One Assist. I have completed all the necessary paper works formality by[protected] itself. But still I havent got the handset picked up for repair. Everytime when I call the customer service no they says we are looking into your case someone will get back to me within 48hrs. I also spoke to Roshini from there backend team and she was suppose to arrange a pick up for my handset repair but still no sign of progress. I feel extremely depressed as I felt i am cheated.
