[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — No update since last 1 month | |||||
This is in regard to the follow up of my mobile for service request number 1594069. Its been 30 days i have not received any mail or update regarding the pending approval. This is very unprofessional from you guys. I have followed up with ajay gaekwaad, huzefa, and one more lady (Very rude, she was laughing and giggling when i was escalating the issue, i don's remember her name but should be there in your call logs). Everyone said that the issue will be rectified in 3-4 working, and so on it has become 30 days. Is this the service you guys are giving? I want an update on this at the earliest.
