[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — One assist worst service

I had a call with One assist customer care executive and he is saying the Due date is extended to 30 September.I have submitted my mobile on 10th August.
Till now its been 47 days and the due date got changed 3 times, I don't know what is happening??
Just to change the glass they people are taking these many days.
If the service is this much worst how can i use and how can I suggest it to my colleagues.
Please take action on this and i don't whether to wait or forgot my mobile.
Please help me out in this...

We have received the due date of 27th October ' 2016 for your claim from service center, your handset will be delivered post 48 working hours after receiving the handset from the service center.

Provided due date was given by authorized service center which was intimated to you from OneAssist.

Note: - Due date from the service center may change.

Till now 7 times due date changed.Now also for sure it will change and i am going to file a case in Consumer court on 31st October.Be ready to face it.
