[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Too delay | |||||
I have raised a complaint to repair my handet on 24th of aug.. and the mobile was picked on 6th of sep.. after that day i got a mail to send 350 rupees as an additional ammount for repair on 18th of sep! and after a lot of time as i hva ecalled they have said that the mobile parts are in scare so the delivery day is 17th of oct. its almost (1 month).. and today ie.14/oct i got a call from the OneAssist that the delivery date will be on 25th/oct and the reason is same as before.. its been almost 45 days and the expected date is 25th as of now.. note:only expected date as before.. and as of the expected date it will be 2 months.. i request to solve the problem as soon as possible.. note:with in these 45days a new mobile can be manufactured and the prouction of it can be done too..! and the warenty of mobile is 1year almost 2 months is with these people and 2months is jst expected it may be increased tooo!!!
