[Resolved] OneAssist — Redmi Note Prime due date repeatedly changed | |||||
I had done my phone's insureance with OneAssist more than 3.5 months back. After 1 month, when I inquired they said it's with Mi Service Center, it will be repaired on due date and will be kept under 1 day observation under them and will deliver it in 48 hours. When I called on after the due date as well as after the 48 hours they asked for delivery, they said the due date as changed. And there was no looking back. For the last 2.5+ months they just give me the same crap reason of changing die dates. On due date they say phone is ready, and after 4 days of inquiry they again they Mi hasn't repaired the phone yet. Again and again, it's like 8 time they fooled me giving me just new due dates with no assurance of my phone, will it ever come back or what. They wasted my money, my time, my progress of work. I have to use a backup phone because the frauds are not willing to give me my phone back even after threatening to complain consumer forum. They just say please wait till due date, you will surely get your phone. But it doesn't happen at all! Give me my phone as well as compensation for the fraud they are committing. Please forward it to concerned authority. 3.5+ months if the phone is with you, then what's the point of having a phone. One Assist is fraud company, I guarantee you! Otherwise, companies tell the exact reason. Their customer care give this same answer to everybody after receiving consumers mobile phone. Someone please report them to police or something, I have seen on forums maximum of the consumers are suffering. If I had knew it before, I would have never send them my phone.
