Dear Sir/Ma'am, I will like to inform you that i have made a complaint about the non working of the touch panel of my washing machine on 8th Sept 2014. The complaint number given to me was [protected] . The service rep came and took the service charge and defected part away saying that it will be replaced with a newer part. For five days, he said that he will come today, tomorrow etc. Surprisingly, after 5 days he said that part is not available anywhere. Now, here are two things that are really pathetic on the part of the service provider:- 1) I cannot buy the excuse that the part is not available. You mean if a wire or a screw or a IC is not available, so we should change the entire machine, esp a big brand like ONIDA? I am pretty much sure that there must be a way out. 2) The service person who sent the mechanic took Rs 400/- towards service charge. My question is for what? Just to come to my home and tell me that part is not available. Money is not an issue, but when i am calling Official ONIDA Customer Care they should ensure that it gets repaired if i am paying the service charge plus (cost of the part obviously) and if they cannot do anything, they shouldn't ask for service charge as well.Even a regular/unofficial mechanic could have given me the standard reply of part not available in Rs 100. Majorly, it was told to me by customer care that my service request has been closed, which was incorrect. It has been more than a week and i request your urgent action on them same.
