I have bought this TV on Nov'2013 and since that time the picture quality was very poor. Last month my TV was completely down and it is not able to start up. We have lodged the call and the service engg. found that 'PICTURE TUBE ' was down. They confirmed me that they have placed an order and soon they will repair the part.
Till now we are keep on following with every one and they are confirming that part is not available. My TV is down since last month i.e. Sept 2014.
I don't know what to do with it as we have escalated to their high level but we are not getting proper response.
