I bought a 50 inch live genius TV at 05/10/2015. Company technician came at 12/10/2015. But he can't install the tv, Because it's a fault tv. Hence I inform to company and I need another tv. But till date they're not exchange. If I contact the company, they told me, presses is going on.
Within two days I need fresh one, otherwise I will go to consumer court.
