Onida — AC complaint not resolved for 20 days. | |||||
Our Onida AC is in AMC and the AC was not functioning, for which we had raised a complaint in their customer care. Its been 20 days since the complaint was registered, and Onida service team did not resolve this issue till date. Onida customer care team had provided the following point of contacts, Sudhakar and Karunakarn (I dont want to disclose their numbers). Either these people does not answer the call, or if they pick the call they give excuses. We are totally not aware of where else we could escalate this issue to get it resolved. I guess this should be the last Onida product we will purchase, if after sale service is this good. Was this information helpful? | |||||
