I AM A VERY FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY CUSTOMER WHO WAS HARASSED BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. IT HAS LED ME TO FILE A COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER FORUM (YET TO BE DONE). I HAVE BOUGHT ONIDA WASHING MACHINE FROM PAI INTERNATIONAL BANGALORE WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OF TWO YEARS BY PAYING EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS.1000. I REGRET TO SAY THAT WHEN ASKED FOR THE SERVICE OF THE SAME I WAS IGNORED AND MISTREATED BY ONE OF YOUR SERVICE CENTER IN JAYANAGAR SPECIALLY BY THE INCHARGE OF THE CENTER MR. ANIL WHO REPEATEDLY IGNORED AND MISTREATED ME. BEING A CUSTOMER OF SUCH A BIG BRAND I DID NOT EXPECT SUCH TREATMENT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED. THIS INCIDENT HAS MADE ME LOOSE THE FAITH IN YOUR BRAND AND ALSO I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY OF MY COLLEAGUES TO BUY YOUR BRAND.
