[Resolved] Onida — compressor failure | |
Sir,
I am R.RAJEEV Assistant General Manager (Projects) working in Travancoe Cochin Chemicals Udyogamandal .I had procurred one No. A/C Onida make IT S12 MVD-W3 3S, ITEM CODE ON031084 from M/s Fridge House, Chembumukku, Kakkanad, Ernakulam Kerala on 20/.02/2012for the use in my home at Kakkanad.On[protected] some abnormal sound from the compressor side noticed and it was registered in your customer care Complaint NO -[protected] DATED 28/03/2014.After two weeks one of your service technician attended the problem and told me that the compressor to be changed .It will be changed when the new compressor arrives as per the booking. Again I called the customer care after one month they gave some technician’telephoneNO.[protected]
[protected]; [protected].But all these numbers either not picking or switched off or no response so far noted from your side. It has become around two months till the complaint registered. Onida being a well reputed Organization, this type o[censored]nfair dealing is not expected from your part. So I kindly requested to change the compressor or take back the A/c at the earliest.
