Onida — delaying complain to close

Dear Sir, my complaint register number [protected], i purchased onida washing machine from hyderabad store as machine was giving problem i complaint to call centre they send a technician on[protected] and till today no proper response from your Team they are simply delaying my complain, i'm facing severe problem at home.. hope you will take quick action
