The replacement board has not arrived yet and the customer support staff does not have any clue when will I get the replacement.
The TV purchased on 5th May 2014 and is in waranty.
Please can you speed up the process.

Updated by vkpb027 When I checked with the regional service center, they told me that the part will take another 4 days to reach. Seriously are they joking? The support technician visited my home on 7th of Jan and to get part replaced they need 14 days or more.
I am not sure if this complaint reach the right person but this kind of delay will spoil the reputation of the brand.
Now I feel I should not have purchased this product at all. I will never let anyone go for this.
