[Resolved]  Onida — Manufacturing defect in Window AC

We have purchased a Onida window AC 2 month earlier with lot of hope as it was our first product of Onida. But within two month we are suffering lot of problem in Onida AC which is related with draining issue . We have booked its complaint on 12th of August 2014 and our complaint No is "1406A[protected] " we have contacted to; customer care, service center & Dealer and everyone is passing it to other. Customer care is saying that i have to contact service center, Services Center is passing it to Dealer and Dealer is passing it to Customer Care. Expecting some professional and satisfactory response from company.
