In october, 2016 i have purchased through flipkart and the warranty has expired now after 2years of purchase, the pathetic part is there is no after sales service which i have been following up on onida -‭[protected]‬...

The company denied to service. I spent money why r they not providing service is this a fare. I talk to mr satish ([protected]) and mr sumit ([protected]) they r not resolved the issue. I have proper bill and pictures also...

We've been using our onida (Model no: 58uic) 58 inches (Order od[protected] android smart tv purchased it from flipkart for almost 9 months, all of a sudden while we're watching tv, the tv sudden falls from the wall mount. The panel got cracked and power still on. I have been trying to get a complain for my onida windows a/c since almost 2 years but non of it has been addressed. Many calls, emails & twitter tweets has been made but seems like onida is shameless in providing any support.

I will never ever recommend buying any onida products...

Onida TV Model No: LEO40FBV, Serial No: LEO04PBV#16F04#002517 bought on 28/04/19 has been faulty for 3 months. It has display problem. Total picture is blackish. I have submitted call at customer care for several times. 5 times call has raised, and cancelled every time due to unknown reason.

They sent a technician after 20 days he told motherboard needs to be changed

I have been reaching to onida customer care number [protected]. I have registered a complain about onida washing machine not working. Till today even the customer care tells the same story they will get back even after 1 month. The local technicians don't pick there calls and respond. I have heard service sector is bad but this onida service is pathetic. My money is wasted. Zero business ethics....

I call onida customer care on 06/11/19 for repairing my onida washing machine but til now i call three times more but customer care reply me that's yours complain is under process.

Very pathetic service by onida and flipkart.

I have purchased microwave oven of onida from flipkart.
Last three month i am regularly following up for repair as my product is under warranty and every time i am getting new update.
Even i am not able to repair it from as they are telling warranty will void if i will choose any outside mechanic.
