Onida / Mirc Electronics — Faulty led television | |||||
We had bought a onida led 40 inch television last year (The tv is one year three months old). Half of the tv screen has turned blue. The onida engineer after checking the tv said that the panel needs to be changed and it would cost 6 thousand rupees. It has been three weeks now and still the customer care executive has not informed us anything. When u called to follow up today, they are saying that it will take more time and may cost about about 20 to 30 thousand. We bought the tv for 28 thousand and we are expected to pay 20 to 30 thousand for repair!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
