I did lodge a complaint of my faulty remote on 27th July 2017, complaint no: 1607C[protected]. The engineer visited my home for product check and confirmed that remote is faulty and as the product is in warranty, I will get the replacement.
After 2-3 weeks I received call from technician that the company has sent the remote, but when I contacted the technician next day, I was informed that the new remote is also faulty as checked by the technician.
It's been around a month already and I haven't received the replacement remote yet and the current remote is not working due to which I am facing issues to watch TV.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it ASAP.

Warranty Is there .
Onida Service mam told that is bode complaint .
But service center is not give the service 17Days is over form complaint.
So please sir shelf my problem .
