Onida / Mirc Electronics — Poor Customer service

It has been over 35 days since my air conditioner malfunctioned and it has not been repaired and delivered to me till date[protected].
Initially the company had to supply a new cooling coil which they did, after a period of 10 days and the best part it was a faulty one.
Another cooling coil was sent by the company which took another 10 DAYS and finally it was delivered and fitted by the service center 4-5 days back.

It gets worse when the AC has been repaired but the service center is in no mood of delivering it to the customer irrespective of the fact that temperatures are soaring.

The service center people receive 1 out of 10 calls which gets very annoying given the brand is a well established one.
