Onida — no priority in service | |||
i booked a complaint on 15th of may, 2015 morning. but still the problem is not attending by the service person. complaint no. 1505b[protected] when i am booking, i clearly mention the problem as "water leaking from ac and it falls in booster and the power socket. and meanwhile i mentioned my baby's cradle is very nearby.- so, please make it as urgent call." i felt this is the worst service and not bothering about the customer. customer care people doesnt know the meaning of that. they speak very rood manner. in the service center too. cc people said we have to call all the service people and follow up about the complaint. how the customer know who will attend the call? i cleaned the ac myself. sivasakthi.n, mylapore, chennai [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
