Hello Sir, This Is Satya One of the Customer of Onida. I have brought Onida LEO4000F 101.6 cm (40) LED TV on[protected]. Really I am Unsatisfied with the service you are providing Because I got the TV only 3 months back now it's got a problem it's not turning on. I have raised this complaint on September 9th and till now I didn't get any response. My Complaint Number is[protected] Daily I am calling customer service and I am begging to resolve my Issue and I written a mail to [protected]@onida.com but they didn't respond . after 15 days gap Customer service called me and saying part is not available in stores it will take more than 15 days time to receive the part. My Question is how many days i need to wait for this. My TV is just 3 months old I cant wait for more Could you please Exchange my TV this is my humble request. Please take this issue as serious and resolve my issue Thank you, Satya Paleti
