[Resolved] Onida — Onida TED 24 inch TV Complaint | |||
I had purchased Onida LED - 24 inch TV on 02 Aug 2014 with challan number 17143 from shop Comfort Cell, 11 Indira society, Datta mandir Nashik road. Well in november first week, we got a screen problem in same, so we reported same to company authorized service centre in nashik with Complaint No. 1411C30638000. After this we got the same in a week. but same problem again occurred so we again reported complaint. But sorry to say that till date we haven't got any positive response. its really painful to see so bad service from a leading brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
