[Resolved]  Onida — tv not working

I am Prabhmeet Bhatia- I highly dissatisfied Onida customer. I don’t want to take much of your time but I just wanted to tell you about the pathetic services of your company. Last January on my sister’s wedding I gifted her a 32 inch Onida LED TV which was my biggest mistake. When we opened the packaging of the TV the stand was missing from the packaging. We complained even after waiting for 2 months we never received the stand and we forced dealer he gave us the stand from a different TV set. Now power board of the TV has gone faulty and it’s been more than 25 days TV is dead. We complained again and waiting and the reply we are getting is part is not available. They don’t have any ETA when is the part going to be available. My sister is calling me every day and crying for this issue.
Please try to understand the frustration we are going through. Please do something for us. I will highly appreciate your reply.

I purchase 39inch led tv on 04/01/2015 when on the power button display not working
