Online Deals Today — False promise and not returning money on cancellation

I was made false promise of a Samsung tab if I book a holiday package of Rs 7, 999 with Online deals today. I was couriered the holiday vouchers (which can be used in future and I doubt if they would even fulfil this promise), but I am yet to receive the Samsung Tab and its been three weeks now. On repeated calls to their helpdesk there is no response. I wrote a mail to [protected]@onlinedealstoday.co.in to cancel my plan and refund the money as I have been cheated, on this mail I received a call saying not to worry and I will receive my tab and receive a confirmation call for the same in half an hour. Its been another three days and I am still awaiting a confirmation call. All I want now is full refund of my money without any further delays and wastage of time. Thanks
