i spoke with rep miss sonia on 1st dec, was promised to deliever cake flower and a mug before 9th dec to gopalpur, orissa. payment incl rs300 dlvry charges were paid by me via credit card much in advance. on the dlvry date the rep called saying the mug will be delayed by few hours, since its been sent by courier from delhi. very poor quality flowers without wrapping the bunch as shown on website were dlvrd alongwith poor quality cake. the mug is yet not delivered, i have given several calls to them, either they hang up, speak rudely, no response or give false promises. order is yet not dlvrd ang i have wasted more than rs200 on calling their courier services or their customer care. they are not even returning the money. i have the photo of flowers dlvrd which prove its pathetic state, i conveyed the same to them also. they are just fooling customers. their website should be banned. reps involved : seiza. nisha. on asking to make me speak with supervisor they only hang up or tease over the phone by taking out funny voices or keeping phone on dumb note Was this information helpful? | 
Online Delivery — cheated by sending a wrong item
a gift is important because how it looks, i purchase a teddy from onlinedelivery by seeing the photo in it, . it costs INR 895/.. but i received an item with a different look, shape and color.. and the quality also worst. when i talk to the customer care people they told they cannot replace it... they told go and complaint consumer court.. i am totally disappointed for this..and they have changed the terms and condition and it has Mensioned in our teams and conditions it seems...
i have attached the the white teddy which i have ordered, and pink which they gave.
Can consumer complaint can take this complaint??
