[Resolved]  Online SBI — Not accepting the refund amount through HDFC to SBI

My son bearing account holder [protected] with SBI Branch Waddepalli Warangal had made transaction towards purchase of air ticket vide Credit card No.[protected] on[protected]. One return ticket has been got cancelled during April 2014 with in the limit period. The Bird Travel has authorised to HDFC for returning the ticket amount of Rs 10, 391=00 to the said account through which the ticket booked. On information through HDFC Bank Hyderabad, a on line complaint was booked vide PO[protected] on 09 June 2014 but it has been closed on[protected] saying " as time limit for raising your claim with other Bank is over ".
