I am holding account no. [protected] at SBI Tifra for last 11 years. I am sorry to report that the consumer services here have become very very poor. Most of the time the branch manager is not present, all counters are not working, it takes many hours for simple work like making DD, money transfer through RTGS, getting information about your home loan deposits/instalments paid, interest on loan paid etc. Many times I had to wait for more than an hour for simple services and then in frustration I had to go to other banks where I have accounts. There is not enough seats for customers to sit and wait even. You have to stand in long queues in crowded space. The branch is very near to my office and my salary acct is here otherwise I would have left this bank long before and chosen other nationalised banks where service and behaviour of bank staff is much better than at SBI. Altogether going to this bank is very frustrating and bad experience Was this information helpful? |
