Bharti Airtel Mobile — NON REFUND

Sir: I had tried to uprade my TV Connection on 31st May 2013 (and my ID is [protected]) and sum of Rs.2590 was debited to my account no.[protected], Karnataka Bank, R.T. Nagar Branch, Bangalore IFSC code KARB0000120. Later got the message from AIRTEL that the transaction was not success. However a sum of Rs.2590 was debited to my above account. Since I have not received the Set Box I had requested many times to Airtel to refund the amount. So far I have not received any response from them.
