i Rajni Gupta,c3/35-1 kali mahal,opp. red building varanasi , uttar pradesh .i have pursues a induction stove to your company ,it is not working due to one month & i have many time calling your consumer support center but there not revive my call. i am purses this induction stove in Novmber 2012.plz give me service center address & contact number at varanasi.

Birla Electricals Ltd customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My cooler fan stopped working.I tried to call on the land line and Mobile nos of company. Nobody lifted and looks like phone nos are fake. It may be possible that company might have closed due to substandard products.
Do not purchase Birla products
I have purchase your authorised dealer in ahmedabad and model BIRLA AIRTIC WHITE COLOUR AIR COLLAR. But now not cooling & proper working pls.send your authorised person. and call me. M- [protected]
