[Resolved] Naaptol.com / Vox Bluetooth Headset — Brand New Device does not turn on | |||
Hi there, I purchased a VOX bluetooth device from NAAPTOL online on 05-Feb-2013 and got it delivered on 08-Feb-2013 for a COD(Cash on Delivery). I paid the cash to the courier agent and took the device. After removing it from the box I have charged the device for more than 4 hours. The light on the device turn on when I connect the USB cable to the computer. However, when I remove the cable and try to turn it on, it will not turn on. We have tried with several mobiles to pair and get the message that the Pairing Failed. This is a Defective piece. I launched a complaint on NAAPTOL website on 08/Feb/2013 and received a call from NAAPTOL on 11/Feb/2013 and they say that the product has a 24 hour warranty and they cannot replace it. On the website it showed 6 months warranty when I purchased and now it is showing only 7 days warranty against manufacturing defects. Nobody in the world will buy an electronic device for a 24 hour warranty. NAAPTOL is trying to cheat me by denying the warranty of the device. Please help me as this is under warranty and I want it to be replaced with a brand new working bluetooth device. Please contact me on [protected] for any further information or assistance you need.
