[Resolved] OnlineClues — No responds on cutomer care numbers | |||||
I have been trying for the last couple of days to get contact to the customer care and no responds yet. There are 2 numbers given, one of them is always busy and the other some times rings but no answers. I had an order of men's shirt and it is too small even though the tag is l. I want those to get replaced but no luck yet. I send mail and have been chasing on mail till date and no responds yet. Looks like a fraud shopping site. I got the ad from face book on this site and the offers. Company claims an easy return policy of 30 days and it is too hard to get them contacted in the first place. There is no links in the site to return the products, only was to call them and place a request to return. Was this information helpful? | |||||
