Hi, I am Dr. Rishi Aggarwal. I had ordered " BRANDED COMBO OF 3 PURE LINEN SHIRTSSS" in size -L. I have been trying to get in touch with company officials from the last 40 hours, but the mobile numbers provided are not working, and email sent could not be delivered. ORDER DETAILS- Order ID OID123085 Order Date May 19, 2016 8:21:54 AM Item Details # Name Quantity Unit Price Item Total 1 BRANDED COMBO OF 3 PURE LINEN SHIRTSSS size: l 1 Rs 599 Total Items 1 Grand Total Rs 699 REASONS FOR RETURN- 1.the size of the product received was too small as compared to the standard sizes of other international brands. I was not even able to close the buttons of any of the products. 2. also the colors shown at the order page are completely different from that of 2 of the products which were sent to me. it is rather a CUSTOMER HARASSMENT team.
it has been 20 days since my complaint, and still there has been action from the customer care team of the said company.
i shall be forced to take legal malpractice action against the company and the seller if my complaint is not sorted out by the end of this week.
