[Resolved] OnlineClues — Wrong order received.. My order number is 6059134 but received order number 283495

I brought 2 combo denim shirt by onlineclues.com.
But i received another products, infact my order number is 6059134 but when i received the order the number of order is 283495.. When i opened the parcel there was a 2 shirt for kids size and color are red and lines ones.. Very cheap quality of the product and size also not perfect.
Customer care also not picking the call at any time, they are not responding to our call and not replying to the mail also.

Its look like fraud company.

Updated by vikasindra Online clues is fraud website I ordered 2 denim t-shirts from this site and i got my order three days back when I checked the order it was completely different from which i have ordered I tried calling them more than 100 times but no response I also mailed them no reply I want to return those t-shirts and want my money back I'm attaching images too just look at it and solve my problem.Do not try to fool people.

You can see on the attach images that the order number is different from which they have sent me at the time of placing the order..wrong order number = 283495 ( this is mention on parcel )

Updated by vikasindra its confirm that onlineclues is definately a fraud company...now wait and watch ...your company has send me msg. that is a AWB NO:[protected] and keep 799 ready to pay..and now you are neglecting that this partiuclar order is not mine..

Updated by vikasindra i called on [protected]..this number was given by you on msg. regarding the tracking of order number 6059134 and AWB Number[protected]...when i called on [protected] they certainly reply that we received this parcel from onlineclues.com ..so now please let me know where is my order 6059134..

Updated by vikasindra The attach pic where ordered by me and till now i haven't received the same item from your side..instead of 2 denim shirts you have sent me those 2 cheap quality shirts..on 16th you have sent a msg regarding the details of tracking: AWB[protected] & Order no: 6059134 and inform me to keep 799/- INR ready for payment.

But i haven't received order no: 6059134...i recieved order number : 283495 which you can see on images ..at the time of delivery i have given him 799/- INR as the amount was mention on the parcel but when i opened the parcel ..it was not mine 2 denim shirt..it was 2 cheap quality shirts...and the order number was also wrong..it was 283495..i certainly calling your customer care number ..but there was no response than i called on [protected] and they informed me that the product was given to them by onlineclues for delivery to Barmer.

Just give a reply and send me a details for the return of the products..

Now you cant say that those cheap quality shirts where not delivery by you..as i have also confirm from the coriour company and they have inform me that those 2 cheap shirts where delivery by you..

Reply me..how to return those 2 cheap shirts and where is my real order as the attachment shows that you have received 799/ INR but still i havenot received my 2 denim shirt..

You know what..you are just declining...and ..lying...Ok..you can see on attach image that the sms where sent by you and confirm that you have received 799/- INR ...but where is my order number : 6059134...??..

Just reply me that where is my order number 6059134...for 2 denim shirt..i am contuously calling to couriour company and they are saying that onlineclues have sent those parcel to them and than they have delivered the same to me...but i haven't received my order number 6059134 for 2 denim shirts..just see the attach image of sms...for the confirmation of recept of 799/- INR..
